"Take responsibility for your own body, mind, and spirit, for your own physical, mental, and spiritual well being."
-Mr. Haymore

What I understand about this quote is that everybody takes control of their body mid and spirit. Like somebody else can control what you eat. Or what your mind is thinking. Or what your feeling. You your self takes care of that. Nobody else but you. And its really your responsibility to take care of that. Not your friend, neither your mom, only you. An example would be saying no to drugs, so you'll have a clean and healthy body. And you always should have you body and mind clean. And your spirit to be well.

"Of all the work that is done for our country, the greatest is that of educating the body, the character, giving spiritual and moral training to those who in a few years are themselves to decide the destines of the nation"
- Theodore Roosevelt

What i understand about this quote is that you need to educate your body and character in order to do good for your country. you must train other in giving moral training for those who are going to choose the faith of this country. An hope that they will choose the right for this country to live. An example would be that you need to choose whats best for you and everyone around you. Like a class president what choose the best for his class. That's what Mr. Roosevelt wants.

“It's not about how to achieve your dreams, it's about how to lead your life, ... If you lead your life the right way, the karma will take care of itself, the dreams will come to you."

- Randy Pausch

I think that this statement is so wonderful and awesome and well thought of. This statement will open peoples minds. I really like this statement because every thing about it is perfect. Its very well said and everything about this quote is true not everything is about how to achieve your dreams and goals. Everything is all about how to lead you life.

Lausd Student Services
Thirty years ago, students who entered the workforce right out of high school could still get a well-paying job that allowed entry to the middle class. That time has passed. Finding and keeping a job that pays well requires higher-order thinking skills—those that we want every LAUSD student to learn. We want our LAUSD graduates to be ready for the 21st century workplace by making the high school diploma a document that gives students the choice to transition straight into a California 4-year college or into a career. LAUSD will implement the new graduation requirements in two phases, beginning with the Class of 2016 by raising the standards for LAUSD graduates by moving forward with implementation of A-G college-prep requirements for LAUSD graduation as adopted in 2005. Raising the current passing grade for A-G courses to a “C” or better for the graduating Class of 2017 and beyond so students who apply to any public California university can automatically be considered for admission.

 it leads to another"

I think that lying is very bad. WHY????
Why do people human beings lie to one another It shouldn't make them feel better because they are just saying what they wish they had and will never give by lying about it.....
