Psychologist

Each licensed Psychologist at the Rowan Center are specialists in the diagnosis, assessment, evaluation and treatment of psychological challenges.   We work with clients to alleviate emotional and physical distress as well as social and behavioral difficulties. We have provided you with some information below to assist you in deciding if our center is the best fit for you. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (the BLS), the employment rate for all psychologists was expected to grow 12% from 2012-2022. In 2013, the BLS found the average annual salaries to be $87,960 for industrial-organizational psychologists, $72,710 for counseling, school, and clinical psychologists, and $88,400 for all other psychology professions. Developmental psychologists research changes in behavioral patterns over a person's life; some focus in on particular time periods, like infancy or adolescence. Developmental psychologists aim to correct behavioral disorders caused by improper development.
